You’re a lawyer, or a bookkeeper, or a receptionist. Maybe you work with spreadsheets, or people, or machines. Designing experiences is done by people who work at Disney, and that’s not you.

That’s a widely held truth, and it’s wrong.

We don’t ship the work because we’re creative. We’re creative because we ship the work.

So no, you don’t need to be a creative to design great experiences. You just start.
